    Anything new? I can help if you need any information and I'd like to know what the decision is.

    The account, whom of which the display name was changed from "Vilklainn" to "Argus Filch" has been active. It's gotten 97-99 range as well as 56-62 dungeoneering.

    The username is in the PM which also includes all the "recovery information." Which Kiabin confirms is the correct information. Also, I have tried to recover the account about 5 times now, to no success.
