    Paypal Payment Under Review?
    I;m selling gold and the user sent me the payments and it says it is under review? What is this?

    No like the user just sent me $99USD for gold and it says it will take up to 24 hours to clear. No dispute

    Don't give gold until it clears.
    He can cancel it.

    Paypal Payment Under Review?
    Paypal decided the transaction was fishy, so are withholding funds. Happens occasionally. Can take forever to clear up though >.< sometimes your best bet is calling PP directly.

    That's wrong. It mean's he's sent you fund's and paypal are reviewing them before they release the fund's too you.

    Dont give ur gold until the payment hits in ur account, but that shouldnt mean much, that message.
