•State why you were Banned: I was banned for "reclaiming" a payment from a Paypal account that wasn't mine. There is no evidence of there ever being any contact between us. I don't know this guy and have never talked to him.

My sythe username is Ice Cream. For some reason I was banned? Here's the thread that banned me = http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1071739

I did not trade with this person at all and have never spoken to him. My paypal address is [email protected] (same as my msn).

The accuser has a lack of evidence me talking to him via msn (which I didn't ever talk to him, I dont know who this guy is) and that is not my Paypal address.
There is no evidence of me sending him a PM, to verify its me. (Another clue to us never trading. I ALWAYS send PM's to my customers to verify EVERYTHING).

There is also no evidence of him filling out my order form or posting on my thread prior to the trade.

But mostly there is no evidence of him talking to me on msn.
I have never come into contact with this person, and have been accussed wrongly.

Over my time on Sythe I have become pretty well known as a gold buyer/seller. I have 36 vouches now and 367 posts. I'm very active on Sythe and try to promote a scam-free society. I have helped many people set up there PlayerAuctions account for safer buying/selling.
