It was ridiculously easy to find and I guess finding her *******, she probably leaked details about where she lived etc. I don't blame her though. How many of us are linked to a social network? Blame has to lie with Jagex. Feel sorry for her to be honest.

I do agree he is really stupid to be extremely open to the internet about it. Not saying its right but its not hacking its really her for being really open as well to the internet (see what happens xD)
