Inventor's Pardon

I would like to respectfully request for my pardon to be reviewed fairly, without being auto-declined.

I would also like to respectfully request my post count and any other ranks or allowances I may receive be put on a new account. My account Inventor had been hastefully removed after Finn claimed I was threatening him. It had been later proved (after my account was deleted) that I had not in fact threatened him and was not involved in the altercation.

My pardon has not been fairly reviewed yet and I would like the opportunity to rally any support provided the rules allow it.

My past mistakes were inexcusable but after a lot of time and a lot of self motivation/self improvement I am able to assure the community I am 100 percent an asset and 0 percent malicious.

I previously ripped graphics and faked chat logs to cover up my ripping.

The mistakes were all due to immaturity and carelessness. I knew what I was doing was wrong (by my own standards and the rules) but immaturely reacted in multiple respects.

I spent too much time maintaining/building an ego and causing drama with the the community.

I would like a chance to come back and redeem myself.

I am back. A new man.. attending college.. busy with real life business.. and interested in coming back I still care about.

Sythe is a place I learned a LOT that I apply in life daily. I am interested in further learning.

There have been countless people pardoned for far worse than what he's done. His situation hasn't been viewed fairly because of actions by his impostor. Staff failed to see that those actions weren't him (it's understandable considering he was banned, who'd care to check those things?) and his reputation just got worse and worse because of it. I'd also like to add that he himself never constantly requested pardons and I fail to see what the admins were talking about when they said he did.

 

I would support an unban, as long as he was placed in the last chance usergroup.

No, it's not. He has posted an original dispute after his ban, maybe some responses to that dispute, an original high pardon, and now this one. if theres others I'd like to see them, not that they should matter considering the fact he's still banned is bs..

FTR I have no problems with the last chance usergroup either. I agree that he has had quite a few chances, but nothing he has done has been a major threat. I really do think this will be the last time that he'll be a problem.

Here are a selection of your other pardon requests that have also been denied. The last one is particularly noteworthy. As outlined by the rules of this section, we accept just one pardon request every six months. Whilst I'm aware you have a real life friend in a staff member, pardon stipulations apply to you in the same way that they do to everyone else.

Please do not post another pardon request for sixth months or it will be archived -- this is our system. The pardon system is a priviledge, not a right, and so we ask that you respect that we're affording users a chance to request pardons. A good way to go about soliciting a pardon, for a start, would be to respect the rules of this forum; after all, you were banned for breaking rules. We except users to show reform - for you to continually post pardon requests following insufficient amounts of time suggests that you haven't any more respect for our rules now than you did when you were banned. If you are sincere in your desire to come back as a rule-abiding member, you shouldn't post any further pardon requests until the time is right. If you manage that much (it isn't a lot), I'll look further into the extent of your character reform, as I do agree with Matt's assessment that users that have done worse have been pardoned.
