Perm Ban, & My view on it.

Q. I’m not a scammer, why am I banned?
A. If you think you’ve been banned wrongfully, try to disprove your scammer report.

Right, I was accused of having duel names on here, then a third name mentioned by someone I had 2 min's of contact with over MSN. They did not "Prove" 100% that I am who they "Think" I am. I have only ever had the one account on here. I recently started playing RS after a long break, and decided to come back here as well. Using the services offered on these forums is a choice of course, indeed the "BlackMarket" is frowned upon, and sadly not everyone who operate's in it is 100% honest and trustworthy.

My temp ban was totally and utterly puzzling to me, as is the Perm ban. I have traded 3 times over the past 2 weeks with someone who sadly has had problems "hacked". I spoke with them on-line after the "Accusing" I recieved. I bought some gold off them, and they said they could not understand why someone would be so paranoid as to think I was a "Vader"...

It pisses me off to be accused of something I have not done. I can understand to an extent the suspicious nature of those trading on here of course, however I am not here to scam or to be scammed. Every now and then I need some extra gold, and found the person I traded with to be prompt, on-time, curtious, and polite. The only reason I asked someone else to trade with me was that they were not on-line at that time. They then appeared an hr or so later.

So what is a vouch worth ? If I am able to get said person who I have dealt with on here to Vouch for me, to say that every time we traded I went first, all was sweet, no problems...ever. Would that help to reinstate me ?

I of course have to wait until they are up and running and 100% safe once again. We traded shortly before they suffered the problem for-mentioned on all the forum headings.

I am a Mature Player, not a kid anymore. I have never nor would I ever "Scam" anyone. I have never had any other account on this site asides from the one "Hawkwind".

To be accused of having multiple accounts on here, told I am a scammer, temp banned, then perma banned with the username of someone I do not know highlighted in yellow as the reason for the ban... It hurts. Not good.

I hope that I receive a fair hearing to this one, that acceptance of a mistake being made is corrected. And that I am able to use the forums and services offered here once again.

Shall I redirect anybody who is even giving this a moment's consideration to his previous appeal, as well as a swift IP check of Hawkwind. An explanation as to why Hawkwind has many banned accounts on his home router IP address has not been given, to this date.
