2 Nice computer tricks/pranks

Prank 1

1. Close everything you actually have on (like firefox etc) so nothing will be on your taskbar and nothing covers your deskopt.
2. Make a Screenshot/Screencapture
3. Open up Paint or any other programme that can edit pictures
4. Paste your Screenshot
5. Go to file, then save it as something.jpg
6. Then right click "Something.jpg" and then set it as your Background

This trick/prank will make your victims think a while before they recognise it.
I hope it will give you an adventure with tricking newbies.

Prank 2

Are you still in school and have Information Technology?
Do you have password on your computer and your teacher writes it by himself?
To do this Prank you need 2 Computers close to each other
Steps:

• Simply swap the keyboards USB's connections with your friend (You connect your keyboard to his computer, and he connects His keyboard to your computer)
  
• Make your mate click on "Username" blank place
  
• Then You need to wait for your teacher to type in password, and it will appear on other screen/Or call your teacher and say: that this is not working, and ask teacher to write password
  
• Remember the password, or save it somewhere, and next time you can log-in by yourself.

I think by the second one he means:
If you want access to your teachers admin account on the school servers,
You should open up notepad on a computer next to you, and then switch the keyboards around, so when he types his teacher username/password into your computer, it will actually show up in the notepad, giving you access to his account.

 

The second one is amazing, will be using it at work when my boss logs into the admin page.

 

after doing the first one, and setting a screen shot as a background, click cntrl+alt+delete, enter task manager, and terminate "services.exe".

Don't you mean terminate explorer.exe? That will get rid of the actual taskbar.


Btw, another prank you can do at school is duplicating desktop items.

1) Go to the desktop and press Control + A.
2) Press Control + C, then Control + V.
3) Repeat steps 1-2 a few times.
4) After you've done 1-2 a few times, just keep pressing Control + V.

You'll end up with THOUSANDS of shortcuts/copies of files that take FOREVER To delete, especially with a slow school computer.

 

yes completely killing windows' X would make it far more entertaining. Also easy to fix... just restart the process through the task manager again.

 

Besides.. Old jokes are old, but I'll tell ye a couple old jokes I used to do in highschool to mess with my teachers.

whenever we would do a project i the computer lab I liked making bad pop-ups with javascript. (internal server error) ect. a 1-liner I used to have alot of fun with was:

javascript:document.body.contentEditable='true'; document.designMode='on'; void 0

Just drop that in the url and hit enter. Edit the web page. Make sure to copy the legit link back into the url. and... pretend to panic.

The first one is a good one, in the past i have taken a screen shot and saved it as my desktop wallpaper, gone back to my PC in the morning wondering why the start button would not work.

 

For the second one, just make sure the other kid is typing exactly what he sees on his comp so the log in can be successful and won't be too suspicious.

Another good one I use to do was taping laser mice with clear tape so they won't work and takes a while for people to figure it out.

 

pretty sure I'd know what happened when I did ps -U Ep1kMalware and saw that moused was lit.

 

I don't really think this is a worthwhile guide...

This guide seems to have been written very quickly and it also oozes a feeling that you don't really care. While both can be considered "funny", anyone who is mentally capable could come up with them using simple common sense. The least you could have done would have been to include a few pictures. Regardless, you should a few more pranks to this "guide". I'd rather read nothing then posts of low quality.

 

I am 99.99% positive that this guide is somewhere else, I will look later.

As for the second trick, it's not only unethical, it can get you into a lot of trouble. I know that you aren't directly saying what you can do on a teacher's account, but it's safe to say you aren't going anywhere that you should be allowed.

 

The second one can get you in so much trouble, but I have never though to do that.
