Just Got Hacked For 400M. I Got His Ip.

Hey guys, lost my entire bank to a hacker (I clicked a jave driveby accidently)

I got his ip, and tracked him to daytona beach. What can I do with this?

What would you do?

I wanna get the authorities involved, and I want my money back!

I'd appreciate all help you can give me!

I doubt you'll ever get your money back to be honest. But you could always report him to the authorities, they'll deal with him.

 

How would I do that? He lives in Daytona, me in Europe..

Don't even bother reporting it to the authorities, honestly.

They won't do anything, and what are you going to tell them? That someone hacked you on the game RuneScape for 400M and you wan't him arrested?

Just move on, there is nothing you can do, sadly.

It sucks that it happened, and I'm sorry it did, but nothing can be done.

If the media once made an article/story about some rwting.. I'm sure something could happen..

 

Reported to that internet crime thing, the Daytona Beach police, and contacted his ISP.

If I could just get a hold of his parents (Assuming hes a kid living at home) they could make him give back the gold.

 

well its not the fact the gold was stolen

but the java driveby is the illegal thing hacking is illegal since i believe 1995 for uk and 1996 for U.S or maby the other way around



*edit also chances are if he has a javadrive by its more of a 300 pound cheese burger eating fatty hacker but you may luck out as there is a good chance he still lives with parents

 

it wont happen just move on and bot that 400m back if u want. Or do it legitly or just quit and itd be better for u. Authorites wont do shit because there is no proof that he broke the law, unless he took rl money which is traceable.

What about tracing the JDB. Find the original creater (himself) and convict him for hacking

 

So the fact he stole 400m doesnt matter? Only the driveby?

 

400M is non-proveable, and the driveby is the actual crime punishable by law, so he means to focus on that law primarily.

 

Okay, will focus on the driveby then.. Thanks.. But still.. .I doubt I will get anything back, unless I get in contact with him/his parents before the authorities do.

 

Get a admin to verify if it's someone from sythe, find out if it's a proxied ip also... im about a hour from daytona, but i have little authority outside of a military base but im pretty sure i could get scare him lol
