    I think it should be against the rules because it could induce seizures. Its a dangerous thing. please consider disallowing it?

    If you really dislike it just adblock it. It's not so major an issue that a rule must be made against it.

    But still shouldnt be banned not a huge problem as that's the only one I have actually seen on here

    The issue with disallowing items like that is that it creates a grey area in the rules that people love to bitch about.

    Its not really a major doesn't effect me at all guess different people have different tolerants so ad block would be the way to go like mentioned.

    I don't think it's a big enough issue to disallow it,
    it's more of a common sense thing.
    You can't even read it, let alone focus on it.
