Should It be Legalized?

*Marijuana is not Legal Its still a Federal Crime to possess and Grow even though its legal in California, Which Means Feds can seize Marijuana and prosecute anyone who grows or uses it.*

I've smoked pot everyday of my stay at BGSU and I graduated in the top 15 of the whole school.

I smoked for about 8 years straight before enlisting into the military. If I could, I would still be smoking.

However I strongly support people's right to do what they wish with their bodies. To me, weed should be no more illegal than bacon

 

All drugs should be legal because either way people are still going to use them recreationally or abuse them. By making all drugs legal we get rid of the black market that makes violent criminals like people in gangs and drug cartels who sell drugs to fund their violence. Also, the federal government will make money from the tax on marijuana, which will help them pay off their $14 trillion debt.

2. if smoking weed/tobacco is pointless.... so is drinking?

3.if weed is legal, people will rather buy it from the store legally just like anything else, rather than buying from a shady guy (or mexican drug lord?) therefore they are supporting the government by paying tax on the weed, instead of funding crime.

although this may be a "recreational drug" for now it is proven its a "gateway drug" so what the drug lords loss in sales from marijuana will just be changed into worse drugs and then there will be people saying hay lets sell acid at walmart = fail


look at drinking its legal but was illegal at one point
its is widely done now but now many people are year die from these related accidents

i dont get it why people do illegal things such as smoke weed or drink and drive

If weed became legal alot of Corporations would lose everything.

With Weed comes Hemp which is stronger and more durable then cotton.
Hemp Also produces treeless paper.

Marijuana on a medical perspective would also put out Synthetic drugs like Prozac and Anti depressants, Drugs for nausea, and Insomnia.

This is why Marijuana is Illegal
