scammed 20m by nebels

Briefly explain the trade: he was selling a 132 cb for a/w 40m, i instantly chatted him up, we both agreed on no MM (this was to fuck me over) since i thought he was trustworthy judging by his join date, posts, and just the manner in which he spoke. so i agreed on giving him half of the deal (20m) first, then he'd give me all of the account info, then after i checked out everything i would give the rest. i gave the 20m, and he logged off on runescape and msn.
How they scammed: didnt even log on the 132 cb once, was logging on a lvl 101 (davari007) that he claimed needed the money, so i gave the money to this lvl 101 and he logged.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: i only took one screenshot, but if you add his MSN yourself ([email protected], which is the msn he stated in his thread also) then you can see his name and profile pic, which is the exact same in the ss im providing below.
