is the price of rsgp going to go up?

since sorc garden is barely making anything anymore and the vast majority of the gold comes from sorc garden, will rsgp prices go up? since there will be less gold to sell?

 

Hard to say, but they should. Someone sold me gold for .60/m the other day, and usually it is .90/m.

Not complaining, my bank loves it, but I miss the $1/m.

 

no way, rs is dying, bots everywhere, and jagex dont care.

imo gold will stay around 1$ or drop more in the future.

 

They'll definitely go up as sorc garden is basically dying. The prices of gp should rise in a month or two.

 

gp will keep crashing.

 

If Jagex took care of bots, then we might see an increase in the cost of gp.

I am pretty sure there will be. As now they have created a Bot Hunting group, there will definitely be a mass ban in the upcoming future.

You get herbs, which makes around 300k an hour.

Sorc garden does not bring in most of the rs gold.

Gold will never go over $1 each, simply because it is easy to transfer gold and easier to obtain it.

 

Tenko, there's average 50-200 bots per world there.
Thats 7.5m/hr per world (lowest) on average right now, with only 150k/hr profits.

 

Cut that figure in half and you have an accurate estimate of how much Sorc Garden ACTUALLY brings in now, with all the botters there. Herb prices are absolutely TANKING right now.

If something stops making money, other things will make more money.
Eventually there will be a time of even-ness, where everything will finally reach the prices they will stay at, regardless of botting.

Either way, gold used to cost $1.50 / $2.00 per Mil because you had to transfer. With that out of the way, hold farmers have a much easier way to supply the money.

 

The majority of the gold that gets sold on Sythe, etc does not come from Sorc Garden. Duelling glitchers make 5-10b a day, and there are probably 4-5 guys doing it.

I'd say a solid 30-50 people on sythe make over 500M/month botting which is all sold. Some even make over 2B/month.

One of the things you have to realize with gold brought in from staking/sorc garden: your not adding gold to the game. Your simply "taking it" from legit players who buy herbs/stake you. Therefore, when you sell the herbs, take their money, sell it to someone else who buys 99 prayer or 99 herb ot buys a divine, the money goes back to legit players, ect, ect. I think now the cirlce is just caught with most of the money in the hands of the botters, hence the deflation.
