Looking to get a refund...

Hey sythe, i'm looking for instructions on how to get a refund from RSBots.net, and also what happens if i do.

I've heard they won't let you purchase anymore bots or something, if somebody could inform me on the subject it would be greatly appreciated

 

go to the email and there should be a link for a refund, but they block ur paypal acct so u cant buy anymore bots with that paypal

Click submit a ticket and fill in he information needed stating you want a refund although i don't thik they will refund you if you've had the bot for more than 3 days.

 

Can you claim more then 1 refund? like if i were to refund let's say 3 bots and created a new Paypal i could still purchase bots?

 

I've asked for refunds for 2 bots before, and I can still buy more from the same IP and Paypal address, so I'm not sure.

 

That's a shame because it's been exactly 4 days ago lol. I sent a ticket request anyway, their bot client has not been working lately and i purchased a bot just to use once. I ended up doing it legit and am gonna request a refund anyhow, we'll see what happens
