Maxed boxing

hey guys, i have some questions about maxed boxing
what are the secrets to it?
should i keep changing the attack style? when should i change it?
how should the rules look like before i accept duel? (picture would be great)
how much do people tend to stake?
is it really 50/50 ALL LUCK?

When mage boxing there is no such thing as changing attack style.

It's called "boxing" because it's straight up boxing, without anything allowed.

So disallow everything but mage. And people stake what they want to.

No mage boxing isn't all luck. It's hp/magic level and defence level that matters.

And how good you are at turtleing up behind obstacles.

Ive heard that switching attack styles helps out occasionally, but for the most part it is luck. And people stake anywhere from 200k to phat sets in boxing....

 

Some people like to switch to defense when being hit and then switch to accurate or kick when they attack. In theory you get +3 defense when being hit and +3 accuracy or strength when attacking

 

haha its all good ix. cool cool so switching attack styles are supposed to help...but i was just reading about glitch staking. is it very common for boxers to glitch when staking? or is it a rarity?

 

A pretty big rarity. The biggest you'll usually encounter is a forced area teleport. Which enables them to leave the duel if they are losing, in which case you are both refunded your money after around 15minutes of sitting in the arena doing nothing.

Occasionally, however new updates can create food sources that don't actually count as food such as bandages from cwars. Through bugs such as pafts people can smuggle these out and use them in duels. (Bandages have been patched to count as food) Or the release of the vecna skull which allows users to essentially use an extreme magic potion even when potions are off.

My rule is wait one day after updates before I stake and I never stake more then 10m to someone I've never fought before.

 

So you are saying you are only staking to ppl you know?

 

Not at all, he's saying if you stake someone and they play fair (No Glitches) then it is generally safe to stake more with them.

 

maxed boxing is basically all luck. Maybe you'll get lucky.

 

Is luck when it's no movement. Changing from defense to accurate does seem to help a little bit.

Also - glitches are a rarity and at this moment there are none except tele-ing away with a Controlled Force Teleport which doesn't make you lose any money.

when you stake as your primary source of money you make friends and recognize/remember the people you've staked. Staking isn't supposed to be about ripping the person off. I've cleaned a few people on my list and we're still friends.

Staking has turned from a respectable pvp activity to people desperately doing anything to get the advantage in a duel. You can see this in the way that a quarter of people have names that are difficult to put in the highscores. You shouldn't have to hide anything when you stake, because it really should come down to either luck/skill.

I've won 2.5b, and lost somewhere along 3.6b, been cleaned more than I can count, now I can't manage to get over 10m mark without loosing. It's like 20/80 after you win once.
