You could go to the doctor, but you should try other things first.
Try new things in the bedroom and try using toys, if that doesn't work then I would say it probably is down to stress and you should see a doctor.

Just an update, we visited a family doctor today. Her hormones are not as they should be, so we'll begin working towards solving that issue, and she will now be taking an anti-depressant.
