Paying $2 for best banner + Sig

Need something for my upgrade thread (Click here) Will pay $2 via PayPal who can do the best job. Also need a sig done with the dimensions 380x200 - Must have two sides and good text. One side (Upgrade Service) other side (Gold Shop) if it is really good paying up to $5. Post all pics here with watermarks if you don't trust me. All images must be .PNG transparent
