Which violation you are reporting the user for: Directly advertising open trade server, along with it being a commission based listing system. You are only allowed to use their transfer service if you're listing a name, they do not offer transfer services in the actual discord itself, so this "fee" for the transfer is merely their commission.
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: They have added a bot to their discord that is posting in general chat to join their open trade server. It seem to be posting once a day for the last few days. The main discord is being advertised here ✅【♛ N&M's Usernames ♛】⚜️【7 Years of Experience】⚜️【►Buy/Sell Rare Names + 15% Xfers◄】-❗️BEST PAYING❗️ , and as soon as you join it you are than in general chat with a bot that is advertising to join a "Allied" discord owned by one of the same owners/managers of the main discord.

Commission ruling: Updates to Commission Sales and Infernal Capes
Attempt to bypass the word "commission", they specify in "important terms" that
"1.Do not list your name elsewhere.
2. We handle the name transfer.
3. Follow our transfer process."
So user must user their service to transfer if they are listing a name, which includes a Fee of 15-20%

I believe @XO should also be charged with the same punishment as Milk as they are both the same role on the main server that is advertising the open trade discord & xo is the owner of the open trade discord.
