I used my ToS to make a client pay for additional products.

I have since changed my terms of service, and they are more clear cut, this type of situation will never happen again, I have been using sythe for years now and appreciate everything you guys do for me and for everyone else. I am hoping to get this TWC removed and cleared up so I can continue business as usual. I do apologize to you guys, and to BKent for having to even have this conversation, you guys did make the call that I needed to refund, and I did that in the matter of minutes without hesitation or question. Would really appreciate a second chance here.
