The only time I've EVER seen an RWT ban is when people used Gold4RS/USFine to transfer. These sites have their IPs flagged by Jagex, so it's obvious to prove you were buying GP. Since free trade, I have yet to see one. My own personal mule has trafficked like 17b.

Yea, ever since feb 2nd, I've traded over 15b (bought/sold) on ONE account.
It still is not banned, nor are any of the buyers/sellers.
