Here are the steps

1. Go to http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/ and download the correct program for you.


2. Now go to http://www.youtube.com/ and find the URL to the song/


3. Now paste your link into Dvdvideosoft program, select the quality and download


4. Now just put the file on your Ipod and enjoy the free music

It's still leagal to download the music IF you have already bought it, if you can put forth a cd containing every song you allegedly "downloaded" charges will be dropped.
