I think this person in the comments has it right.

"This is highly unethical, no matter what the Armies intentions are. First of all there's the fake profile, required to do all this, against Facebook terms of service, for starters. Besides having more then one account is not allowed either. Second, countering propaganda.. With propaganda? That's just ridiculous. The mingling of governments and such should be strictly prohibited to monitoring threats to gather intell. Each individual is allowed only one voice on Facebook. Why make exceptions for the US Army or any agency or even company? These efforts will surely prove to be counterproductive in the long run. Look at what happened to America after Chernobyl, radiation levels went up.

What happens is radiation particles are spewed into the atmosphere and carried along via the winds, rain droplets then bring them down to the surface and they contaminate your drinking water, your grass, everything.
