Firstly I think "real player" bots can probably be more advanced than those which RWTers use, as they either use free or cheap ones for maximum cash XD.

B) I don't think this kid has heard of things like RiD, its a "real player" bot, I play legit with a combo of botting. Its on sale. And its completely undetectable.

We are keen to do what we can to help - I see the group of people who have expressed an interest on this thread as forming a sort of uber public bot busting clan!

If people are prepared to help with scouting, dropping bot disrupting items, managing cc's etc. then we'll happily come along and dish out the bans as needed.

It will all take a bit of organising for things like time zones, worlds, locations etc.. but I think we can all work together and have a real impact on cheaters.

Meh, pretty gay. The only kind of bot hunting I would support is stealing whips from green drag bots, and that's just because it's easy money .

 

This is stupid. Go ahead and waste your day hunting for bots, they obviously have nothing better to do.

At any rate, it wont work. Just makes the runescape community looks that much more stupid.

I don't understand how jagex can cause bots to go down every update by changing the code or what ever they do. Why don't they randomly do this a few times a day if they really want to stop bots?

 

You can stop very few bots with what they are planning, simple to turn off aids now tele other is disabled. You can't stop the vast majority of bots now simply because they don't care about other items IE alchers, MTA, miners, smithers etc.

Horrible idea.
