    Take ur ipod put it in ur ears, run... just start running to wherever and dont stop. Ull feel so much better man. if u need anything pm me ill always help you out or give u advice or just listen to u talk if u need to.

    I knwo this has been repeated but sports is good, football ( if ur american soccer ) is a gd way to mess about, it doesnt have to be with anyone u know, u get to know em.

    And maybe something different? trying something u havent done before.

    From personal experiance the worst thing is to let it get you, you gotta keep yourself active in some form wether it be mentally or physically.

    Find something that takes your mind off of your worries. Working out generally makes people happier, so try getting active if you're not already.

    Also, try not to focus too much on the negative side of life. Look at the positive sides!

    It may sound odd, but i say you should listen to some very depressing music. You may think it will make you feel worse but whenever I'm depressed it cheers me up because no matter how bad my life seems, the music tells me that somewhere, no matter how far away there is someone who has it worse off then you.

    I have to partially agree with razor. Whenever I am feeling down/upset, I always listen to not like emo music, but any type of slow, sad songs and the such. Mostly love songs to be honest, considering that is what makes me depressed.

    As soon as I start listening to my playlist, it allows me to visualize and I feel a lot better eventually and am able to go about with my day. I think music is a really big thing, but try it out. For some it just makes everything worse, but personally it makes me feel a lot better - probably because it provides some sort of hope for something working out. I am not sure what your exact problem is, but whatever it is I recommend trying to use music.

    Play some favorite music, it helped me in the long run, or see a doctor if you think they can help you out, because if you do go, they will most likely help you out, also exersize.

    Encouraging people to do drugs is hardly a form of help, it's ignorant. Even if said drug doesn't seem to be, and isn't, all that harmful.

    If you like banana's, they're known to act as a natural antidepressant. The effects may be only minimal, but it's a step in the right direction.

    Not gunna get into it but weed is used to treat depression. I wouldn't go through all the trouble of getting some if i were you. Just talk to someone. exercise. eat well. get good sleep. Don't become one of those people that are looking for a quick fix.

    go to the phychatrist or run, u should try to hang out with your friends, tell em whats going on, only the close friends, they will help you out, hope you get better.

    I would say physical activity like jogging and listening to light hearted music. Listening to a chill band always cheers me up. I'd recommend: Bon Iver, The Shins, Band of horses, or Owl City.
