Recovering old accounts

I just rememberd the names of 2 old accounts and im going to recover them but i cannot rememberany information about them!

If i go to the computer that i made them on and get the IP address then would that garuntee i get it back?

Also would my IP adress have changed when i changed my internet provider?

Your IP adress changed if you got a different internet provider.

 

I recently recovered 3 accounts which I made 5 years ago. I did not have ANY information of them, except for that they were made at this house.

Got all of them back on first attempt.

No.
I guess the system knows the whereabouts of where you live, and give the account back to you if it matches previous details.
