Am I Screwed? Some1 Payed With A Hacked Pp To Me

Basicly, I was selling 45m gold and RS2GoldServices offered 0.9 per mill so I accepted. He sent me a payment of $40 and the payment status was held.
Now I just wrote the dispute thingy and I don't know what to do. I blocked him on msn becouse he started flaming me and saying I'm screwed. I provided paypal my real telephone number aswel. I hope I don't get into trouble..

Should I be worried?

 

you didnt do anything wrong however you probably wont keep your payment im sorry bout that but you shouldnt get into legal trouble

 

Ahh I don't care about the payment as much as I'm scared to get into trouble for nothing .. I'm already into trouble in real life with a group of people looking for me just becouse I live in .. Won't say where but in a different area (gang thing) :l

Sounds like you scammed him, and he went first. You sound scared of losing the payment and getting banned for scamming.

he said he recieved payment ( held ) meaning in reality the guy never actually gave him the money.. as for legal trouble no, and as for rs2(site) all that I ever have recieved from them and heard about them is extremely sketchy so on that note im not suprised,

on the other hand a paypal dispute is a goodway to go, and do some personal digging aswell. I bought an account (got scammed) from a company.. I actually called the company and spoke to the gm and told him the full entire story., he apologized and said this is the guy ( full name adress.. phone number etc.. ) he had/has scammed numerous guys.. the gm offered me a full refund which I recieved and i was happy.. lucky but happy...
