How does the ring of life work for barrows

Do i need it on when I fight the brothers or just when I open the chest?

 

Ring of life is just incase you die, unless something has changed?

and it does not work for barrows, the chest isn't an NPC you kill.

I noticed i get more runes with it and almost every time restore potion (2) and sometimes pray pot (2)

Because I have 100+M of gear on me when I do barrows.

Still looking for an answer to my problem.

 

Do a few runs without and put wealth on for chest. If you get the chatbox message saying it worked..... then it worked.

 

The wealth u where has nothing to do with the ROW it is just gelping u to get a better chance at looting barrow chest in this case ho much luck depends its simple if the ring gave u a high chest item it says

The ring of wealth hnkjdnendalk i dunno but it says u got it from ring
and if not u get it of ur own so the ring only says when he helped the rest is just ur pure luck hoped this helped out on better understanding ROW


and yh the 100m+ armour i would recommend a ring of life instead of wealth but thats own choice

I didn't say wearing expensive armour helped with the ring of wealth, learn to read before trying to tell someone they are wrong.

 

its on the jagex main screen what it does and one of the things is the barrows chest works with wealth

why not just read the update page and page on forums before posting here?

The answer is: only need to wear it while looting the chest

 

obviously because the bosses dont drop anything so ofc its only when lootin the chest -.-

I'd assume you just have to wear the ring when you open the chest.

 

I think you meant ring of wealth. This works randomly when equipped and you have a better chance of loot, yes it works at the barrows chest.

 

I didn't worry about losing my gear but I could always lag out or have my comp shut down on dharok or something.
