    You do not meet the following requirements for repayment
    1. Your Sythe account must be at least 6 months old and be in good standing (i.e. not DNT'd or banned) for at least 6 months in order to request a refund
    2. Your valid Sythe report must be at least 2 months old before you may request a refund
    3. The report must have been reviewed and approved by a staff member
