Locked Account Help

So recently my account was hacked and i have an email on it to recover, but something got messed up and it took forever for me to receive the recovery email( usually only take like 2 sec.)

So then, m being impatient i tried to normally recover it which only got the account locked. Jagex Keeps telling me I'm not giving detailed enough information, and I'm giving all information(Correct Info)

Will the lock ever be removed by itself or does it not go away until someone successfully recovers it.

Accounts that are locked aren't unlocked until somebody recovers the account successfully. Try giving bank PINs, IP addresses, cities/addresses where you've lived, etc.

You will just need to fill in the Lock Appeal with all Infomation you know , Otherwise , it will stay locked.

Information must be pretty accurate for an unlock.
