if he doesn't refund that is just the sign of a low quality trader, not a scammer

 

If you'd give a damn about my selling rules you'd be aware this is possible, happened only to one costumer in 85 (30% of them bought more than one account).

You've opened a PayPal claim also so why are you still bitching you won't get your money back? Sigh. And you're most likely the scammer as you've accepted the rules of refunding only with accounts, not money, and you've claimed on PayPal. ^_^ People (with the risk of a possible short circuit to their brain) should open their eyes and make the effort to read the conditions before paying for something.

 

First of all: no, you cant pick users who deserve refund yourself, and this means that you must refund even though the user has few posts. However, he has to prove it, if he can't - he deserves to get an INFRACTION:

I've trusted what he said because as I know so far there is no way of proving that the account really got retrieved and he did not changed the password stating that it got retrieved. If I'm wrong and there is a way which solid proof can be brought please let me know :/ You're saying that I can't pick users that don't deserve refund myself, well I've placed that as a rule because is not likely for someone that trusted to scam by saying it got retrieved. For example, I see you have a steam shop too, if I'll buy an account, change the password, and state in your thread that it got retrieved, what, you are forced to refund as you don't know for sure that it really is retrieved?

Anyway, he will most likely get his money back, even with all my proof combating the claim. From now on I'll sell only to high trusted members, and that's it.

Hello lads. I'm reopening my store as promised, took longer than I expected because of exam session, but now I'm back with even better accounts and prices. I stated before closing it that I will only sell to high trusted members because of that one issue that I had, but reconsidered the problem and decided this will apply only to the higher priced accounts (they will have a note next to them). Glad to be back on Sythe again. ^_^
