Bot City & Walibi scamming / moving an account to Jagex Launcher

My belief in what happened, knowing Jonny extremely well and having worked with him and his team before; Bot City / Walibi thought they could scam a 'random', by moving the account to a Jagex Launcher account and get away with it. They were not aware that Jonny is well known in the Pakistani market, and also weren't aware that he would know people that could help him write a report or believe him. Bot City also have history, with AZ / XtremeFish also being in their ranks, with reports of him imposter scamming on websites already on sythe. (his disc ID 528403505711415297). It is no coincidence that the vast amount of the accounts these two users sell are Jagex Launcher accs.

Walibi is refusing to pay, stating it was not him that moved the account to a Jagex Launcher, and everything else is just sheer coincidence. It's quite clear what has happened, and at the very least I would like their Disc IDs and Bot City's name out there so that potential customers can see this report and think twice.

Again, this report is mainly to support Jonny, but also so hopefully potential victims see this before they get scammed by Bot City. I'll leave it up to the Sythe mods to decide whether it is concrete evidence. I think we all know what happened, it's just whether it's considered enough evidence.

Just back and forth arguing from there. Would be interesting if walibi can prove that he had a "customer waiting" - and that he then rejected said customer as he "couldn't obtain" the account that Jonny was selling.

I think we can all see what has happened, clear as day. Just whether Sythe mods believe there is enough hard evidence, and whether walibi can prove this customer story.

I'd also like to add that Jonny does not care about the account as he and his team create hundreds, it's more about the principal of them trying to take advantage of him.

First i wanna say that the trade we where about to do was in a dm so idk why they tag @chrismalta and az in this post.
@chrismalta is banned from sythe because we are a open marketplace.

Its true that i was interested in the account but i don't see any proof that ive taken it i know alot of huge discord members aswell who can vouch for me that i wouldnt ruin a rep for 150$,also regardless if i turned it into JL or not, that the original owner still can recover the account.

 

One more thing, theres been a post removal about someone vouching for me and his post got deleted because he is not directly involved into the report..how is it able that @Jelovic can make a post about the accusement while he also has nothing to do with it ?

2. You are allowed to make a report on behalf of somebody, especially when their comms are pretty bad.

 

This "proof" has nothing to do with the report u made, in fact this was when @jiocname scammed keith and several members including me and jonny joined instant after jioc took the L. They told me that it was his alt so i went after him..

Ended all good because we went in a call with more members and it wasnt him gladly

Please don't take old shit into this wich has nothing to do with this report

 

And can you show the evidence of the "customer" you had waiting (and presumably had to cancel) because you were waiting to buy Jonny's account which magically turned into a Launcher acc?

 

@Bert - Is it possible to move along with this case please? Lobby / Walabi has been online numerous times since the two requests for evidence and has ignored both.
