    Whats a good way to raise my Staker?
    Ok so i want to get 70 attack and 70 defense. Currently my attack is 60 and my defense is 50.

    Wheres best place to train?
    What should i use?


    Keep in mind that my Strength level is only 20.

    Dont say SW or i will count that as spam.

    Whats a good way to raise my Staker?
    Ogres at cwars? or that dungeon at brimhaven alot of monsters you could kill and train there.

    anywhere... monks, minotaurs, crabs. it really isn't that hard to figure out at your stats.
