    Is it possible for users to claim back with MoneyBookers?
    As I want to open a shop using MoneyBookers but currently can't due to not knowing whether users can claim back or not.

    it's possible, but certainly much harder to do than with paypal

    I don't think it is possible, unless they provide proof of not receiving the item, as opposed to you having to prove you did send it. Although I am not 100% sure.
