new to pking

hey well im abit new to pking(done it loads of times but usually just for fun)and ive got a couple of questions

k my first question is i have a lvl 47 f2p pure(1 def 40 range 64 str)and atm im trying to get a gravite 2h but what prayer lvl should i get should i get 31 for 15% btr stregth and protect item or will that run out to quick?

second question is what exactly does the smite prayer do?i know that it drains the enemys prayer but how?is it the more u hit the more his prayer gets drained?and if so wouldnt ppl just not eat so they dont loose there gs,claws?

3rdly is on my blitz-ddsr should i use range aswell and if so should i use rune darts p++ or rune crossbow?

1. I wouldn't get prayer because you can get combat levels from that and it really isn't that necessary.

2. Smite Decreases the opponents prayer when you hit them. Yes they don't have to eat but most of the time they panic and decide to eat anyways.

3. Always use rune knives then switch to crossbow for the kill. Have dds as a spec weapon.

If you can afford claws then go ahead. I have claws and IMO i would rather use DDS. Just remember if they have a shark+sara brew+Pheonix necklace then you just wasted a rush.

 

i can afford claws but if ur saying there shit ill save my money but what prayer lvl do u advise on my f2p pure?(theres no prayer pots and ill be using monks robes and g2h)

 

Smite drains 1/40 of the enemies prayer based on what hit damage you do.
For example if you hit 200, you will drain 5 prayer points.

Smart players do not have to worry about this though due to the ability to shark pot. This simple technique is essential for any pker to know, basically you click on food then immediately click on any pot you want (prayer, super stre, sara brew etc). What happens is you will eat the food and sip the potion in one go

 

You should start dueling at the arena for a bit of training, it really does help.

 

Smite is awesome, but watch out for it if you stay 31 prayer or similar low level.

 

thanks you know alot about smite i knew bout shark brew but thought u only do it with sara brew so for my g2h pure 31 or 43 prayer?
