    I ended up getting into 2 lawyers free of charge due to contacts I knew. :D

    They said so much more and helped me out a lot so I will be talking with the company in person tomorrow to discuss the situation.

    I didn't use your advice but thanks anyway.

    What was the outcome? Are you still legally binded to having a female in the flat? Because you signed that which I would have thought would Void the landlord choosing who he/she wants in the flat.

    Whats your problem? Judging from Treyarchs response you seem to also have a problem with Contract Law.

    The outcome was that I agreed to their terms only if they agreed to mine. Still they're really very aggressive and don't want to chuck him out and are pulling all strings not to.
