Rate and make suggestions on new staker

Current stats:

95 Combat

76 Attack
99 Strength
70 Defense
85 Hitpoints
1 Summoning
1 Prayer
75 pray/range


Where should I go from this point, I generally stick to whip stakes and dds due to 99 strength. Considering maxing it out so I'll be 113 with same stats as any 138 but its too much training. Would getting 99 attack and 80 dg for rapier let me stake on the same level as a 130+?
