[RSGP][PP] Buying All Prepaid CC Cards![RSGP][PP]

Hey guise, I'm interested in all prepaid CC cards. They must have a card verification number on the back or I'm not buying. I don't care how much money it has on it, and you do not have to mail me the credit card you will tell me the details on MSN.

I won't go first to non-trusted people, but we can us a OMM if you feel uncomfortable.

I can get these from my local grocery store.
they're $25 + a $5 activation charge and can be registered to anyone in the USA I'm pretty sure.
but can be used internationally.
made by both visa and mastercard.

If I were to sell these though I'd have to ask like $35 for one because I'd need some kind of incentive.

 

I think hes trying to buy below face value from people that don't want theirs
