I'll be honest with all of you: I miss this place when it was poppin' like you wouldn't believe. I basically grew up here and spending time on this forum was a big part of my life. Remember when this site was turning 10 and that was a big deal? Here we are now less than eight months from this site turning 20(!!!) years old. How the fuck this place has remained alive is a testament to how influential this site was on so many folks, especially given that forums in general have been dying off en-masse for about 15 years now.

 

I periodically log in just to check if that closing day has come yet

 

This website is directly latched on to Runescape. If Runescape dies, this site dies. It is a testament to how successful Runescape is. Just the Runescape blackmarket advertisements alone is enough to keep this site up.

“Big rich” should have tried harder to morph this site into something much broader and not a nutsack remanent of Runescape. All other aspects of this website would be flourishing.
