Has most untradeables you would want before Completionist cape and won't take too long to get comp cape, just a few bosses and some new achievements.

looking for $2,500+ USD due to the amount of time it takes to build an account to this level and the value of the gold and achievements on the account.

The account is worth $5k-10k+ if not more due to the time it takes to build an account to this level, so this price is fair and well worth it if you want to start this game at the highest level and work higher than anybody else can achieve on this forum
