    Western Union - question

Since apparently it seems to be pretty easy to get away with paypal unauthorized chargebacks as a scammer, I was wondering how WU works. Is it 100% scam-proof?
I might be asking something stupid here, but I never used it before, so bear with me. If the buyer sends the payment using a CC, and claims it was stolen, would the payment get reverted? Or does WU have safety measures to prevent this from happening?
The rest I've managed to find out myself, it's just that one thing that I still need to know.

edit: something else, how do I know if the payment is sent? I've seen the sender gets some kind of tracking number. Does he give me the tracking number and I check myself if the payment was sucessfully sent to my name/adress/whatever? Or do I have to pick up the money physically first?

    Thanks

    100% scam-proof.

You need to be 18+, or have someone who is 18+ with you (the sender of the $ must send to the 18+ older person)

You can track the payment online, you need the senders full name + the transaction number.

    Thanks for the answer.
So it would be 100% safe for me to just deliver the goods after the payment is sent, even before I pick it up physically?

If I track the payment, does it show who it's being sent to? Otherwise I'm guessing the buyer could just give another transaction's number

No. You must pick it up.
They can cancel the transfer at any time, unless it has been picked up.
    (I asked them about it)

It's scam proof providing once the payment has been made and picked up, the runescape goods are delivered :) With the use of an Official or trusted Middleman there shouldn't be any problems at all.
