best place to bot for f2p

So im gonna stay F2P until i get my defence to 99 ( 76 right now), but i dunno where to train. I used to do flesh crawlers, but they're way to crowded now, so i dont know where to bot now. I dont wanna bot on high lv monsters because then when i run out of food i have to go to my bank my self. So does anyone know any good places to bot where i can leave it on for like 10-15 hours without having to go to my bank?

 

Black/White Knights? It's an alternate, probably may be crowded, but it's a suggestion nonetheless.
