Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I fell on hard times during the Pandemic, sold my at the time over a decade old, maxed stat rs3 account for an absurdly low amount. I later regretted my choice and offered to re-buy the account. the buyer denied my offer, so after many more months of deciding what id do. I decided to recover the account, messaged the buyer to tell them I was doing so, reported myself, issued a refund all in the same day. in a matter of hours really. I then went on with my life and still continue to play this account. I'm not planning to sell or anything in any grand shape or form but wouldn't mind having the option open. iv been inactive in Sythe, but not Runescape for the time iv been DNTed. no reason you should accept my request, however I can make points to the fact that I have taken every chance to make sure the victim was contacted and refunded, reported myself, and had it all done within a matter of hours. I'm honest, just forced into a bad situation.
