Explanation of the trade: BangAble bought an obsidian mauler from me for $150, then asked me to perform services for me on the account in the amount of $50 for 99 firemaking. I spent from September 2nd to September 7th doing this service and completed it and sent him a LTC address.

On September 11th I still had not been paid. He messaged me with a message that all of his accounts (not just mine) had been hacked and migrated to a Jagex Launcher. This is by no means my fault but I attempted to recover the Jagex launcher.

I made the post Recovering Jagex Launchers to figure out how to try to help him and recover the account as it had been linked to a Jagex launcher by no fault of my own. I got the answer and put in a request where the first attempt was denied.

After the first attempt was denied. He accused me of not being the original owner, even though the account was created by me and eventually we argued and I blocked him. He specifically told me to recover the account and keep it. But at this point I want the $50 LTC he owes me.

I would also like to note that after we made a deal for this $50 he tried to offer me 2 accounts for the service instead of the payment. He is obviously trying to dodge paying me.

Final notes. I did not scam @BangAble, he said as much in my vouch thread. He lost all his accounts doing something sketchy. I tried to help him and he accused me of stuff so fuck him. He still owes me money.

 

I will also note. The account that he bought from me was a 10 hitpoints obsidian mauler. He got it hitpoints dramatically lowering its value.

He has been blocked on all platforms so all communication will be here.

No TOS were discussed in discord. There are TOS listed on the initial thread he read and contacted me regarding but there was no discussion.

In this case, it is clear that his accounts were linked to a Jagex Launcher and I am not at fault for it as it was 2 accounts I had no credentials or knowledge of logins + mine.

Recovering a JL is more complex than a normal account, it requires you to fill out a "contact us" form, wait for a response and hope. They don't even ask for recovery information on this form and specifically not to include it in the zendesk ticket.

When he pays his debt, I will continue to try to recover the account for him if he desires, but I am not at fault for it being linked to a JL.

 

On September 1, he said he would have funds within a week or so and I agreed to do the job.

You are liable, and I won't pay for a service to an account that got hacked while you had full acces to it. So if you recover it, then I'll pay you.

 

It is your fault you blocked me, I have serval messages between us discussing payment, and after the account got hacket I did not want to pay for it. Since I was hacket while you had all my passwords and such, I'm not blaming you, but you calm me a scammer for prote ting myself here.

Send the $50 you owe there. Money has been owed for over 20 days. Not my fault you were retarded and managed to get 3+ accounts hacked, only one of which was one I sold you. Note these 3 accounts were hacked after you owed me a payment, so it doesn’t excuse your lack of paying me.

I put in a second Jagex launcher recovery last night. Once you pay up your debts and stop being a retard I’m happy to get the account back. Just takes time with Jagex launchers.

Also, your statement is factually inaccurate. I did not have full access to your account. The service was completed on September 7th. You claimed the account was hacked in September 11th.

My take, he should have to pay his debt then I will help him get his account back that he lost through poor account security, negligence or is lying about losing. As I mentioned I put in a second recovery but I will not be assisting him directly until debts paid.

I will be happy to pay for the service you provided, but I won't pay for an account that I don't have, when you recover the account let me know. Then I send you the 50$, and you can give me the account afterwards.

If he pays his debt, and I am unable to get his account back after a reasonable amount of time @BangAble can make his own report and we can argue about my liability for $150 (initial purchase price). But the $50 owed was for services rendered and even if I am unable to recover the account that payment is due.

But he has to pay his 20+ day debt before I am going to help him, otherwise I will never see it. @BangAble is involved in drug trafficking so I have no trust in his character to pay his debt. I learned this midway through my service otherwise I would have blocked him earlier. PMed @Bert proof of this.
