    How to provide proof to PlayerAuctions

    I just sold some gold and the buyer claims he didn't receive the gold. We kept filing claims until eventually it went to the PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee.

    In my last dispute, I gave some urls to some screenshots proving that I sold the gold to him.

    The status of my sale is now Dispute Pending Seller Evidence;

    "This order has been escalated to the PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee who will impartially arbitrate the dispute to the fullest extent possible.
    50M Gold purchased, 0M Gold is claimed to be delivered.

    You must submit delivery evidence to PlayerAuctions within 48 hours after the order was escalated to the PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee. For details please see the Secure Seller Delivery Agreement."

    So, how do I provide proof? Is the links in my dispute comment enough? Nowhere in the Secure Seller Delivery Agreement does it say how to provide the proof; only what the proof should contain.

    So you have no screenshot's of the trade? I highly recommend videoing every sale with hypercam even if you lag, the video evidence will be worth it.

    Always take a picture of both trade screens of him accepting. Also in the chat box, say "Trading 40M to ___" just so you know.

    Upload your pictures there and pass the URLs to PlayerAuctions should work imo.

    I always take 2 screenshots, 1x the 2nd trade screen and also the 'Trade accepted' while right clicking them. Never had a scam attempt so far though.

    There isn't any way for me to send them information. There isn't a button or anything.

    I've tried practically all day yesterday, and also part of today. They are never online.

    They've always been available for me at the times they say (7am-12pm PST), they should be there atm.

    Send them to [email protected]

    In the email be sure to state your PA username, their username and the order number, along with a brief explantion of what the email is for, so it gets resolved quicker :)
