I could probably put that system together for like $300, $450 if you include the monitor. It's pretty outdated + used, so I wouldn't even expect to get that much for it.

Probably can get this brand new at a consumer store for 400-500, if its been used definitely worth like 300. 23" screen is nice however, I'd give you a solid 90 for that (probs worth 120ish)

 

Outdated hardware + Used = $300 Max imo.
I have the same monitor. With monitor I would say $400-420

 

$200 max w/o the monitor.

 

$100-$150 without the monitor I would say.
Both weak GPU & CPU(well old and outdated.)

I was interested in this computer so I asked my friend about it, he's going to school for Computer Technology, this is what he said:

"its a amd dual core athlon (sucks major cock), 8400gs might be able to get 8fps on crysis on minimum settings, 3gb of probably ddr2 (shitty) ram, hard drive is probably 320gb (im guessing) and the motherboard is probably non upgradeable, he probably made the computer and didn't even think about upgrading in the future and thats why he wants to sell it off now because he knows what i just said and he's looking for an idiot that'll buy his piece of shit

the only good thing about that computer is the monitor and its probably 5ms delay + not even 1920x1080 resolution"

 

The monitor is most likely 1920x1080, 1920x1200 or 1680x1050. One of the three res's. and 5ms delay isn't that bad. I run it and it's fine.

Those processor was good back when it was released, it's just aged. the 8400gs was semi-midend when that series was around, HDD space doesn't matter, many people won't ever need more then 320gig unless they torrent like crazy. and the ram might be shitty, but it could be decent stuff who knows.

I was just looking for a price range to place it on Craigslist etc, unless somone was really interested but the shipping issue would be a big ass fee. But yeah I was looking for like 600ish for it all
