Try going to them gym, turn the fat into muscle. Best way for me to loose weight was to portion my food.

Eh, you aren't too fat. You should workout and make sure to avoid eating food with trans fat.

No need to start drinking protein. Just start running. Also before you go to bed, and when you wake up do some crunches.

Depends How desperate you are to lose fat ?

I mean to be fair you are not to big

If you can find out your recommended daily Maintenance Calorie intake using a calculator online such as this one in the link

    http://www.diet-blog.com/05/how_to_calculate_your_daily_calorie_needs.php

They will tell you how many calories to consume to stay the same weight, and how many to lose weight.

Recommended that you lose 2 - 3 pounds per week safely

although i was like 19 stone so im guessing by your picture i was quite alot heavier than you and im now a fairly lean 17 stone, to some people thats still heavy and it is but im alot leaner and have my 6 pack coming thorugh :p

First time i have ever seen mine so its a good feeling

I used some tablets called "lipovits" at £40 a bottle ( Months Supply )
I used them and got to my 17 stone in just over a month

Not the recommended weight to lose but im totaly fine and look way better

    Also for foods

basicly you dont want to have loads of carbs because carbs are energy and if you stock carbs to high your body will only burn carbs and not alot of fat
so have enough carbs to energize you.

Also you want a gram of protein per pound of muscle mass from such foods as chicken, turkey and other lean meat

healthy fats from such stuff as olive oils and healthy peanut butter

    brown rice is good
whole wheat and whole grain bread and products are good too

and just make sure to get lots of excercise at least 4 times per week
    drink lots of water

water is like oil to a car so water is very important

    and sleep, 8 hours minimum

Eat healthier and more often (5 to 7 times a day)

and for exercise nothing burns off fat faster than sprints. I would also recommend doing some strength training to build muscle which will help you keep the weight off.

I use to weigh 196lbs and dropped down to 160lbs in about 4 months doing just that.

so much broscience you can't turn fat into muscle, fat and muscle are two completely different body tissues.

Take a look at this and also at your diet try to make your diet 500cal below matainence.

Go for a run once a day, that's what I do and it keeps you energized and burns quite a few calories.

Count your calories and hit the free weights. Make sure you get a strong workout routine. You'll lose that fat in 6months-1 year.

Stop eating candy and drinking soda, those are empty calories that are hard as hell to burn off. Fats in meats are also bad, so eat low fat meats (turkey is the best!). Also, consume more veggies than meats and you should be shedding the lbs quickly.

    Tldr:

Veggies ftw. Low calories ftw. Weightlifting and drinking A LOT OF WATER (64-128 oz a day) FTW.

Start jogging. It's amazing. You can east as much as you want, and once you're over the first few painful months, it is THE MOST positively addicting thing you can do. It makes you feel god-like.

    Start small :)

Example, start running once every other day for about 30 mins, and try to do it every single day after.
About your food, just take a little more vegetables and less fries, and make the change slow and smooth. Take an apple instead of the chocolate bar etc
Oh, and start drinking water. I used to drink sodas and juices all day long and nearly never water, at the moment i am drinking like 2-3x soda/juice a week. In the beginning you'll really hate drinking water, but after a few days u'll adapt to it and feel way better.

Honestly I think you need to stop being dramatic...you are what 20-30 lbs over weight??? I weighed 300 lbs about 4 months ago, and now I weigh 260. I'm still overweight but I feel so much better, and soon enough I will be at what I want to be. All I had to do is get off of the computer/video games, eat healthier, stay away from COKES, and definately stay away from fast food. Good luck with the weight loss.

To be honest, you aren't what I would consider "overweight or fat". Here is what I did, and it worked great. :)

Count calories. Don't bother with any of those stupid diets and such, just start buying foods that you can clearly count the calories. A great example are lean cuisines. They are easy to keep track of, and do a good job to portion for you. I counted calories for some months (and it was very easy) and I went from 233-197 so far...the first time under 200 in 5 years for me.

I found it very easy to do, and if you stick with it and keep determined it will be no problem. You look and seem like a good guy, so I am sure you can do it.

If you would like any further help, feel free to contact me via private messaging :).

    Goodluck man,

    Sir Huntman
