Jagex making a Transformer's game in 2012.

What they will do is hire more staff members, they will be gaining even more money because anything hey do will most likely be a success just due to what they have already. (by success I refer to money. Ads, etc. They make BANK)

To those complaining about them spending less time on Runescape, they'll obviously hire a bunch of new people.

 

Lol wtf... I can't imagine a java based transformers game. Can you say flop? I hope they get a couple million in backing from Hasbro.

 

This is my thought.

For those of you that don't know/don't remember, MechScape is a game that Jagex had nearly COMPLETED (they were even going to have a Q&A about it on the RS forums), and suddenly they "scrapped" the whole thing.

They had an entire team of people employed at Jagex for MechScape development, etc., and I assume those people are still employed=not less resources towards RS, rather those resources would be put towards "Transformers: Bullshit on the Rise" (maybe the deal all along, since MechScape was just a code name for the project?)

 

Weren't they supposed to release StellarDawn?

no way they can focus on 3 games at onces...they failed at mechscape stellar dawn is going no were. JAGEX GET YOUR SHIT TOGEATHER!!!!

 

They should just stick with runescape and quit keep thinking about money. It looks like they are mostly about business now a days. They should focus on runescape and make it a better game, rather taking out things that would make them lose players.

 

Happy to see they are getting in the market for games by hosting a game for a toy nearly everyone has heard of. Hopefully they don't totally trash Runescape though.

Pretty sure this means StellerDawn is canceled seeing as there hasn't been any news on it since november. I really doubt jagex can work on 3 mmos at the same time.
