Visitor messeges!

Like on powerbot they have visitor msg so why not us we are much better site and I think that's a really cool fun thing to have.

 

Would be fun, but i think it has already been suggested and denied.

 

Our version of VB doesnt offer it I think...

 

What's this Visitor Message you talk about? Can you explain what its for?

 

Visitor messages on messages you can leave on users' profiles, everyone can see them.

And sorry,its not supported on this vBulletin.

It can be added, but would take some programming work. It is doable - but not without vulnerabilities for a while. I think the reward is not as good as the effort to put it in and the risk of it.

You're able to leave user notes, but I think that's about it.

 

Why are we still on 3.6 anyway, 9/10 forums are on at least 3.8.

This version of 3.6 is so heavily modified that the decision for now has been made that it would be far too much work to move to 4.0

 

So we can't have it?

 

Technically impossible unless we update.
