   So lately i've noticed that a lot of people are selling upgrades for more than 8$. My question is what is the point of buying upgrades for more than jagex's price?

   Kids with unverified paypal can't buy memberships from Jagex. However.. I do agree it's silly. Upgrades should be $2-$3 max...
