Banned by a scammer, banned innocent

Hi, about a month ago I sold an runescape account for 90 dollars to a seller here on runescape, he knew that i was going on vacation for 1 month 2 days later and when i got back from my vacation i saw that im banned from sythe and i cant get on. Why did this happen to me? he took my runescape account and he claimed his money back from paypal and since i was on vacation i did not sit on any computer, so therefore i could not reply to paypal about the money so they automatically gave the money back. But the worst thing is that i got banned right here on sythe and i have been a member for approximately 3 years now with alot of vouches, why would i then ever scam someone for 90 dollar?
Please unbann me and ban the guy that set me up, i do not remember his name on sythe but i have email from him on my sythe inbox. Hope you understand my situation and u know what the right descision is.
