If you were scammed? Claim it back. Through you should have evidence that he scammed you + How long has it been back since you last talked to him? Since it would be awful if he just didnt had the time to come back online and you are trying to claim back his money.

 

he gave me the acc then recovered it the next day, we talked and hes claiming its his friends acc and that its impossable to have been recovered...

i dont realy have proof but im asking him to recover it for me or refund me so we'll see how that goes

Yeah, he took your account so go ahead and reclaim your cash. It wouldent be fair for him to have both the account and the cash right?

 

Make sure you have some sort of proof that he took the account back. If he accuses you of scamming by taking the money back, then you could be in trouble.

Otherwise, I'd say go for it and get your money back!
